Take an easy 15-minute stroll toward shopping, dining, and numerous entertainment options - or stay closer to home and enjoy the private pool, tennis courts, playground, and sports field. Our Henrico County neighborhood was founded in 1996, allowing plenty of time to cultivate mature landscaping and wooded lots. Numerous common areas allow our amazing residents space to play, gather, and relax, creating comfortable southern living in the heart of Virginia. The youngest Magnolia Ridge residents attend great Henrico schools including: Greenwood Elementary, Hungary Creek Middle, and Glen Allen High.
Conveniently located just north of Richmond at the intersection of I-95 and I-295, Magnolia Ridge is a diverse community of 415 homes full of uniquely awesome people. The busy social schedule includes an annual corn hole tournament, several pool parties, Halloween Trunk or Treating (with a costume parade), Spring egg hunt, and holiday caroling.
